Analysis and Treatment of Tee Butt Welding Cracks Failure in 1 000 MW Ultra-Supercritical Unit

摘要: 某1 000MW超超临界机组汽水分离器进口集箱三通对接焊缝存在整圈环向裂纹。利用化学成分分析、硬度试验、金相组织分析、电镜分析等实验方法,对裂纹产生原因进行了分析。结果表明焊接及热处理工艺执行不到位、三通结构不合理是焊缝熔合线处产生再热裂纹的原因,优化三通结构、焊接及热处理工艺可有效预防该类三通焊接裂纹的产生。

Abstract: There is a whole circle of circumferential cracks in steam-water separator inlet header tee butt weld for a 1 000MW ultra-supercritical unit. Through chemical composition analysis, hardness test, metallographic structure analysis, electron microscope analysis and other experimental methods, the causes of cracks are analyzed.The results show that the reason of reheat crack at weld fusion line is that the welding and heat treatment process is not carried out properly and the structure of tee is unreasonable.Optimizing the structure, welding and heat treatment process of tee can effectively prevent the generation of welding crack of this kind of tee.
