基于GOOSE通信的风电场快速调压控制策略研究

Research on Fast Voltage Regulation Control Strategy for Wind Farm Based on GOOSE Communication

摘要: 针对风力发电无功电压支撑能力不足的问题,分析了风电机组的无功电压支撑能力。然后基于电压下垂特性和系统阻抗提出了电压扰动时总无功需求的计算方法;接着基于风电机组无功支撑裕度和场内阻抗矩阵,提出了风电机组无功协调分配策略;最后引入通用面向对象变电站事件(generic object oriented substation event,GOOSE)快速通信,在风电场构建试验环境,进行了现场试验。试验结果表明,该策略能够快速提供无功电压支撑,响应时间可以缩短到50 ms以内。

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of insufficient reactive power and voltage support capability of wind power generation, the reactive power and voltage support capability of wind turbine is analyzed firstly based on the characteristics of voltage sag and system impedance, the calculation method of total reactive power demand under voltage disturbance is proposed, finally generic object oriented substation event(GOOSE)rapid communication is introduced to construct the test environment in the wind farm, and the field test is carried out. The experimental results show that the strategy can provide fast reactive power and voltage support, and the response time can be reduced to less than 50 ms.
