Abstract: In view of the major equipment quality problems found in the past two years, the structure and principle of the internal transformer of the primary-secondary fused pole-mounted switch are analyzed.This paper analyzes the root cause of unqualified temperature rise test through test and disassembly inspection, and finally puts forward improvement suggestions from test standard, sampling inspection strategy and test method.
