Research of Insulation Monitoring Methods for Electric Vehicle Power Battery Pack

Abstract: As the demand for battery pack energy storage continues to increase and its voltage plateau rises, the real-time monitoring of the insulation performance of high-voltage systems becomes more and more important. In this paper, several common methods of insulation resistance detection are analyzed, the insulation resistance detection method of the balanced-unbalanced bridge is proposed, and Multisim is used to build a whole vehicle insulation simulation model to analyze the feasibility of the insulation resistance detection method of a balanced-unbalanced bridge.
