IGBT Open Circuit Fault Diagnosis Method Based on Nearest Level Approximation Modulation

摘要: 提出一种基于最近电平逼近调制(NLM)策略的全桥子模块IGBT开路故障诊断定位方法,分析子模块故障特性,根据调制NLM策略对桥臂子模块电容电压采样值的排序,计算其中位数作为子模块电容电压预测值。通过对比预测值与实测值获得诊断判据,该方法无需占用过多计算资源并快速完成故障诊断。同时通过改变故障子模块工作状态实现故障IGBT定位与子模块故障容错控制。最后,在MATLAB/Simulink中搭建仿真模型,仿真结果验证了该子模块IGBT开路故障诊断定位方法与容错控制策略的有效性。

Abstract: This paper presents an open circuit fault diagnosis and location method for full bridge sub module IGBT based on nearest level approximation modulation (NLM) strategy and analyze.the fault characteristics of sub modules. According to the NLM modulation strategy, the sampling values of the capacitance voltage of the sub module of the bridge arm are sorted, and the median is calculated as the predicted value of the capacitance voltage of the sub module. By comparing the predicted value with the measured value, the diagnosis criterion is obtained. This method does not need to occupy too much computing resources and completes the fault diagnosis quickly. At the same time, the fault IGBT positioning and fault tolerant control of the fault sub module are realized by changing the working state of the fault sub module. Finally, a detailed simulation model is built in matlab/simulink. The simulation results verify the effectiveness of the sub module IGBT open circuit fault diagnosis and location method and fault-tolerant control strategy.
