基于配电台区可开放容量精准计算的业扩报装策略

Business Expansion Decision Based on Accurate Calculation of Available Capacity for Distribution Station Area

摘要: 为解决电力营销业扩报装业务的配电台区可开放容量计算不准确,导致配电台区设备资源利用不足及运行效率低的问题,提出一种基于配电台区可开放容量精准计算的业扩报装策略。基于电力系统配电台区关口数据和用电客户的负荷数据,分析电气时序并构建典型行业特征库,精准计算配电台区的可开放容量,给出配电台区新增用户的最优接入决策,为电力公司业扩报装工作提供指导。案例分析结果表明,用此方法可以在业扩报装中做出最优的负荷接入决策,接入负荷后不需要立即改造也可稳定运行,有效延长配电变压器使用寿命,提升经济效益。

Abstract: :To solve the problem of inaccurate calculation of available capacity in the expansion and installation business of the power marketing industry, resulting in insufficient utilization of equipment resources and low operational efficiency in distribution station area, a method based on load feature clustering for calculating available capacity in distribution station area and decision-making for expansion and installation is proposed. Based on the gateway data of the power system distribution station area and the load data of electricity customers, the paper analyzes the electrical timing and construct a typical industry feature library, accurately calculates the available capacity of the distribution station area, provides the optimal access decision for new users in the distribution station area, and provides guidance for the business expansion work of power companies. Case study results show that this method can be used to make the optimal access load decision in the industry expansion application, and the access load can be operated stably without immediate modification, which can effectively prolong the service life of distribution transformers and improve economic benefits.
